"Packed really well!!"
The packaging was super neat and the bottle arrived perfectly safe!! Nothing was broken, and the box came in great condition.

"Communication could’ve been a lot clearer"
The experience was okay, but the communication was frustrating. I kept needing clearer replies and felt like I had to guess what was going on half the time. A little more detail and a more direct response would’ve made things much easier.

"Good promos, but don’t count on the codes"
The promo looked promising, but the discount code failed at checkout again. Just a heads-up for anyone else shopping, double-check your total before you pay, because these codes don’t seem to work very reliably.

"Decent prices, but it really depends on the scent"
The prices are okay overall, but I wouldn’t say they’re amazing across the board. A few scents felt totally worth it to me, especially the ones that smelled a little more layered and lasted past the first hour. Others were kind of flat or faded quicker than I expected, and then I started noticing little things like how sharp the first spray was or how the scent changed on my sleeve later. So yeah, some are worth it, some not so much.

"The scent just seemed off"
I ordered a perfume from here, though I can’t remember if it arrived earlier than expected or if I’m mixing it up with another order from that week. Either way, once I tried it, the smell didn’t seem right. I know what the original is supposed to smell like, and this one was just a little off and faded really quickly. I can’t say 100% that it wasn’t authentic, but it definitely didn’t feel right to me. I probably won’t order again.

"I wanted to like this because..."
I wanted to like this because it smells really nice when you first put it on. But after about an hour, I could barely notice it anymore. For me, that’s just not worth it, so I wouldn’t buy it again

"Still on the fence about ordering again"
My order did show up in the end, so I’ll give them that, but the tracking barely updated and the emails didn’t really tell me much. The prices are definitely appealing, but based on this one experience, I’m kind of assuming this might be how their communication usually goes. Not totally sure I’d trust them with another order yet.

I went on arabicparfums.com thinking there’d be a bigger range to browse through, especially compared to what I expected from a site focused on Arabic perfumes. But the selection felt limited. A few things I was interested in were either missing or unavailable, so it didn’t really feel worth spending much time there. I ended up finding better options on other sites.

"Return took way too long"
I bought a perfume and it just wasn’t really my thing, so I reached out to return it. The response took a while, and I ended up having to send a couple of emails before I got clear instructions on what to do.

The refund did come through eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything. It just took longer than I expected and felt a bit more frustrating than it needed to be...

"Checkout Was a Fun Little Dead End"
I tried to place an order, but the payment options were limited. None of the easy local methods I normally use were available, so I eventually just gave up. The site itself looks decent enough, but the checkout process? Yeah, super convenient if the goal is to make people abandon their carts.

"Always find what I’m after"
I’ve ordered from arabicparfums.com a few times now and it’s been a good experience. The perfumes I wanted were actually in stock, which isn’t always the case with other sites. There’s something about it... just feels easier when you can order what you picked without getting that annoying out-of-stock message later. Simple process and I’ve been happy with everything so far

"Not what I ordered"
I ordered one perfume and ended up getting a completely different bottle, which was really frustrating. What made it worse was that support kept insisting it was the right one, even though it clearly wasn’t. I know plenty of people have smooth experiences ordering fragrance online, but mine definitely wasn’t one of them. I won’t be ordering from here again...

"Not really worth it for me"
For me, this just didn’t live up to what I was expecting. The scent seemed weak and faded faster than I hoped, and the bottle felt kind of cheap in my opinion. Considering the price, I was disappointed and probably wouldn’t buy this one again.

"Refund process was frustrating"
I asked for a refund and the whole thing ended up being way more annoying than it should’ve been. Replies were slow, and I never really got a clear answer about what was going on. A friend actually recommended them to me, so I was expecting a better experience, but this was disappointing.

"Nice scents, but I’d allow extra time for delivery"
I ordered from outside the UAE, and thankfully my parcel arrived in good condition with no damage. Personally, I found the tracking a little confusing, and the delivery took longer than I was expecting. Customer support did get back to me, but it took about a day. The perfumes themselves smell really nice, so I’m happy with what I received — I’d just say if you’re ordering internationally like I did, plan for some extra waiting time

"Prices used to feel a bit better"
I’ve checked Arabicparfums a few times, and the prices feel more hit or miss than they used to. Some perfumes still seem fairly priced, but I’ve also found a few cheaper on other sites after doing a quick search.
It’s not a bad shop at all, but I remember it feeling like a better deal before. If there’s a sale it can be worth ordering, but the regular prices aren’t always the best. I’d give it 3 stars
